Built aroundthe realitiesof hospitality.

No two hospitality businesses operate the same way. ORU tailors its services around your property, priorities and pace - with support that can grow alongside your sustainability ambitions.

ORU in Practice

Real hospitality operations. Practical systems. Measurable progress.

ORU works alongside hotels, villas and restaurants to improve how waste is separated, collected, measured and recovered.

Each relationship is shaped around the operation itself, from staff onboarding and food-waste separation to scheduled collections, reporting and ongoing reduction opportunities.

Circular economy

Building a local
circular economy.

Our long-term ambition is to work with hospitality partners to turn locally generated organic waste into useful resources such as compost and biogas, creating value that can be returned to restaurants, hotels and communities.

This is ORU's developing model and direction of travel. It is an ambition we are building towards with partners, not a circular-economy programme already operating at scale.
